Commissioner Poling spoke about the impact the Postal Service has had on her life and career, from growing up in North Carolina, through her years working with the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and in her now third year as Commissioner on the Postal Regulator Committee. She also discussed the positive impact that mentors have had on her career, and the important role she now has as a mentor to and advocate for other women as they work to advance their careers.
