Join Women in Logistics and Delivery Services (WILDS), event sponsor Maga Design, and women’s empowerment organization SheVotes 100 in celebrating the 100th anniversary of women’s right to vote (the 19th amendment) at the Belmont-Paul National Women’s Equality Monument, a historic house and museum of the U.S. women’s suffrage and equal rights movements located on Capitol Hill. Come hear how SheVotes100 is using the anniversary of the 19th amendment as a springboard to encourage women to register to vote. This national voter registration effort includes a direct mail promotion, the first phase of which Maga Design is developing. Women’s voices and leadership are essential to our democracy. It all starts with a vote. Come learn more about the history of this right and how to raise up women’s voices – and the role a direct mail campaign will play. Speakers include Maga Design Co-founder Rebecca Williams and SheVotes100 founder Liz Kiehner.
